Welcome to our Supplier Onboarding Guide!
The purpose of this guide is to provide you with an overview of what to expect during the onboarding process and provide some handy hints on how to complete the Etsy, Reverb & Depop onboarding questionnaire in our supplier onboarding platform, Certa.
To onboard all our suppliers, we utilize Certa. This helps us to collect and manage your information.

The supplier onboarding questionnaire is used to gather all the required information we need to onboard and pay you. It will also help us track our progress toward the environmental, social, and governance goals we have set for our corporate supply chain and ensure that you are aware of our Supplier Code of Conduct.
When asked to begin this process, you will receive an email from hello@thevetted.com Once you receive your email, you'll need to generate a one-time password. After this is done, you will have access to our onboarding questionnaire.

kHow long does the onboarding process take?
This process takes an average of 45 minutes to 1 hour, during which you will spend:
⏱ 10 mins - filling out a short compliance questionnaire
⏱ 5 mins - providing your tax and payment information
⏱ 5 mins - filling out a short impact questionnaire
⏱ 20 mins - filling out Employment Practice Questionnaire (only if you are providing full time contractors)
⏱ 15 mins - signing up to our Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP)
⏱ 5 mins - reviewing our Supplier Code of Conduct
⏱ 1 min - certifying your answers

Supplier Questionnaire
▶️ Your Action: please complete all the mandatory "Supplier Questionnaire" fields (*).
❗Before submitting ensure that your “Legal Entity Name” is correct. If you are located in the US or doing business with a US Entity your name should reflect the name on your W9 / W8-BEN / W8-BEN-E paperwork.
Tax Information
▶️ Your Action: please complete all the mandatory Supplier Information fields.
❗ If you are located in the US or doing business with a US Entity your name should reflect the name on your W9 / W-8BEN / W-8BEN-E paperwork.
Typically this means a corporate name ending in a suffix such as "Limited" "LLC" "LLP" "Inc." or "Incorporated". Please check and use your correct, exact legal name for contracting purposes.
You must provide a fully completed and signed :
W9 : to be filled out by US citizens or US based companies
W-8BEN : to be filled out by non-US individuals doing business with a US based company
W-8BEN-E : to be filled out by non-US based companies doing business with a US based company
Payment Information
▶️ Your Action: please select your Payment Type and complete all mandatory fields. Once your Bank Country is selected, additional information will be requested.
❗This section is mandatory, we won’t be able to provide your payment if you do not complete these fields.
Payment Information (Mexico based suppliers only) : Bank Code (The Bank Code will be the first three digits of the CLABE).
▶️ Your Action: please read and complete all mandatory fields. This section helps us track our progress toward the environmental, social, and governance goals we have set for our corporate supply chain.
❗The impact survey is for informational purposes only. Your responses will not impact our decision to work with your business.
Code of Conduct
▶️ Your Action: please read and acknowledge our Code of Conduct. We ask all suppliers to read and acknowledge our Code of Conduct which outlines standards for conducting business in an ethical, lawful and responsible way. You won’t be able to procede to the next section without acknowledging it.

Certification
▶️ Your Action: please confirm and certify all information submitted is true, accurate, and correct.
If you are unable to access our onboarding questionnaire, check out these troubleshoots/tips
Before starting to troubleshoot, please note that Certa is not compatible with Internet Explorer, Edge, or mobile devices. We recommend using Google Chrome when logging onto Certa. If you have tried to complete the questionnaire using Google Chrome and you still have issues, please:
1. Start by clearing your cache and cookies
2. Close/ reopen window
3. Ensure Google Chrome was updated to its latest version
4. Try to re-complete the questionnaire in Incognito mode
If you experience error code WS002
Please ensure the URL you are using is the correct one and refer to the first invitation that was sent to your and/or your team.
If you are unable to select a Tax ID
Unfortunately, there is no fix for this. Please contact t us and we will manually onboard you in our system.
💡 If this still does not help, please contact our team via suppliers@etsy.com and include a screenshot of your error message.
If you indicate that you will need access to our data or internal systems, you will be required to provide additional information to verify your IT security.
You will receive an email from hello@visotrust.com outlining how to complete this process.

Once you have completed the onboarding questionnaire, our Procurement team will receive a notification and will work to onboard you into our system. If we have any questions or need confirmation about your information at any stage of the process, we will reach out directly to you.
After you've been fully onboarded on our side, you'll be able to set up your CSP Account and have access to all your available Purchase Orders with us. You will also be able to invoice us directly through Coupa. You can learn more about this process via: The Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP)
