Etsy and Depop use Coupa to manage our procure to pay process. We work with our suppliers (you) via the Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP). We encourage you to choose the free option for you to easily conduct business with us (or any other Coupa based clients you work with). Through the CSP you can:
▪ Receive and view purchase orders
▪ Acknowledge receipt of orders
▪ Create, view and send invoices
▪ Manage customer-specific company profiles and payment information
▪ Track payment status

We use Coupa to streamline how we request and pay for goods and services, making the process faster and more transparent for our suppliers. Joining the CSP means faster invoice processing, quicker payments, and full visibility into your orders and invoice status.

How to register for the CSP
How to register for the CSP
If this is your first time using Coupa, you'll need to create an account. You'll be prompted to do this during your Certa onboarding questionnaire.
❗This step is mandatory and must be completed by you directly — Etsy's Procurement team cannot create a Coupa account on your behalf.
Step 1: Open your Certa Onboarding Questionnaire
In Certa, navigate to the CSP setup step and click "Sign up for E-Invoicing". This will take you directly to the CSP login page.
No Certa email yet? You can also create a CSP account directly here.
Step 2: Create your Coupa Supplier Portal account
On the CSP login page, select "Create an account". If you're the first person from your company to register, you'll be assigned Admin privileges — allowing you to invite colleagues and connect with other Coupa clients.
Step 3: Set your password & accept the terms
You'll be prompted to create a password. Then:
Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use
Accept the terms
Click Submit
Once your password is set, you can finish setting up your account.
Step 4: Return to Certa and confirm your registration
Once your CSP account is set up, return to Certa and complete Step 4 by confirming your registration and the email address you used to sign up.

❗ CSP invoicing is mandatory for all Etsy and Depop suppliers
Any invoices submitted outside the CSP will be rejected. Exceptions are only granted for Legal and revenue vendors.
